Cake in a crockpot? Well yes. Not just cake, mouth-wateringly delicious Chocolate Fudge Pudding Cake that’s so moist and sweet you won’t want to stop eating it! It’s easy to make, and will go down an absolute treat with everybody that tastes it.
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powderdash salt
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1-3/4 cups hot water

Procdure
- Spray 4 quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- In large bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, sugar, 3 Tbsp. cocoa, baking powder, and salt and stir to combine.
- Add milk, cooking oil and vanilla and stir well.
- Pour into prepared crockpot.In a medium bowl, stir 3/4 cup brown sugar and 2 Tbsp. cocoa together.
- Add hot water and mix well until blended. Pour over batter in crockpot; do not stir!
- Cover crockpot and cook on high about 1-3/4 to 2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Do not overcook or cake will be dry.
