Open space for novel artists to produce and exhibit their works of art:

1. The Cities will dedicate "Special Sites" to be utilized as "Open Museums for Novel Artists Exhibits"
2. The Schools of Art will assign "Certificates/Authorisations" to students to apply for them if and when they meet the required qualifications
3. Artists could work in these "Special Sites" and exhibit their works of art. They will be responsible for the clean maintenance of the Sites
4. Experts and Critics of Art will have easier access and exposure to the emerging talent
5. Our Cities will benefit from additional Cultural attractions for quality tourist
