There are many people in the world who wants to use internet but cannot because they cannot read/Write English.Which is where the internet is lacking for example in rural areas where most of the people can only read/write in there respective regional languages its extremly difficult fot them to use internet.
To over come this problem there is a need of a technology which will ask for the language option before the webpage is loaded. Once you click on the perticular language the content should be dispalyed in the selected language so that the people who cannot read English can also have access to the Information in their respective regional language.
This will also help in the penetration level in the usage of internet in rural areas.
