By commenting easily one can score10 brain fu, by voting we get 5 points. Participants are showing reluctancy to vote now a days , just by commenting like good idea they want to fetch 10 points easily.
Few participants are putting bad votes unnecessarily for really good ideas, I do not no why people are doing like this, may be to score 5 points. BY doing this they really harm new comers and demotivate participants.
Kindly remove 5 points for bad voting, if they still wuould like to put bad vote make it compulsory to substantiate with their comments.
