we can see lot of hidden talents in students as well as common man, bcos lack of money and other commitments no one is willing to implement their idea by inventing it. my idea is to use this hidden and unutilised talents by way of setting up an R&D institute in all countries. initially the company whoes going to set up an R&D institute has to spend some money for students who cannot afford to do research. A student or person whoes doing a research in this institute has to sign an agreement with the institute saying that what ever product he's going to invent, the R&D institute will patent it along with the student in a certain profit sharing ratio. so both the student and the institute will be mutually benifited. its service with profit.
