Perhaps to create a webserver linking to other websites that are just for kids, also a childrens browser so they are stopped from accessing bad sites,

Parental lock - ban or only allow certain sites
built in messenging program so other kids usin this can communicate
auto filter
could also have it so the browser can only visit one site and kids can access a list of sites from that page
