Yo creo que debemos ayudar a los no videntes, ya que las gafas cubren los ojos del ciego también podríamos incorporarles un par de auriculares y lo más importante, un sistema GPS. Combinando todos estos accesorios podemos decir que el sistema GPS serviría para captar datos satelitales y transformarlos en sonidos, los cuales serían transmitidos al ciego a tráves del auricular.

Los satelites enviarían a las gafas sonoras informaciones de las cuidades, los nombres de las calles, restaurantes, hoteles, escuelas, paradas de omnibus, supermercados, etc. LES DOY UN EJEMPLO: "Hola Antonio, en este momento estas sobre la avenida 'Médicos de la Nación', a tu izquierda se encuentra la ferretería 'La fortaleza' y siguiendo mas adelante podrás llegar al 'Supermercado el Pueblo' que está a 200 metros"...
Es decir, un sistema GPS que le hable al ciego. Espero sus comentarios, gracias y un saludo a todos.

I believe we need to offer our help to people who are blind, and since the blind usually wear glasses to cover their eyes, these could also incorporate earphones and most importantly, a GPS system. Combining the two accessories, we could use the GPS system to receive satellite data and transform it into sound, which would be transmitted to the blind person through their earpiece.
