We have lost many lives due to driving while texing and/or talking on the phone, Numerous lives have been cut tragicly short because of the individuals not focusing on the road but too there Black Berrys and IPhones. Well i have an idea too help solve that problem, because fines will not automaticly make people stop, speeding is a offense but people still do it. This is what i propose ,that all vehicles be equiped too transmitte a low electronic frequency that scrambles celluar phones while the vehicle is in motion. This will thus make text messages and phone calls unable too be sent and recived untill the veichle has come too a complete stop. With this system working it will forcefully put the drivers eyes back on the road and out of there phones. Emergency calls will be premitted such as 911 but all others will not process untill the car has come too a complete stop with the gear in a park postion. I beleave if this idea was in effect we could have saved countless lives that was taken away at the push of a button.
