it is idea for retail shop
as i had also tried it. because of this that particular customer will be permanetly attached with us. and it takes really no cost
example:
on rose day- every customer who enters at your shop give them a rose and wish them happy rose day
on holi festival: welcome customers by colour and gulal tika.
also wear them a colourful caps.
diwali festival_ keep sweets at our shop and wish them diwali week
on friendship day- give them some handmade cards
in this type at all the occassions we have to plan for customers as they will remember this moments every time on tat particular days
