When I order clothes and shoes from online stores, I always worry about the size. Though I check the online size information very carefully, it's still hard to guarantee that size of clothes or shoes I ordered fits me well. If I have to return or exchange due to size, it takes time and freight, very troublesome.

I would suggest all clothes and shoes online sellers provide free try-on service through shipment companies. No matter goods are prepaid or not, when buyer receive goods they can try on at once, the shipment guys have to wait, if the buyer is satisfied with clothes, shoes, handbags or accessories and want to keep them, it's ok. But if the buyer is not satisfied, he/she can decide to return or exchange. If it has been prepaid but the buyer wants to return, the shipment guy will return the money right away. I would suggest to use payment with receiving goods, this way buyers would not need to prepay or get money back, can just purchase like in a shopping mall, the only difference is that the fitting room is at her/his home.
