When Mother Nature plays havoc Viz. Earthquake,Hurricane,Tornado OR when there is social disturbance bomb blast, accidents et al.

There are lot of people(while living) or dead, mey be thrown and scattered.
Especially when there is debris and when naked eye cant see bodies buried or virtually calling for help, when we cant see them.

I suggest a device which can use the thermal emination of the body OR the EM rays around us to trigger the device and let us know, someone needs help.

Imagine Earthquake tolls of more than 50k and we can see from a aerial point to see if someBODY is waving OR a body buried underneath.

SUGGESTED FOR: Common Man

Local firemen and police should have this machines at their disposal so that they could use them as quickly as possible in an emergency.	Report Abuse
