Don't we always just get fed up when we find that our bread is over toasted despite setting the temperature and duration. Well there is a remedy for this problem. Instead of using steel or any other metal for covering the outer sides ,
why not we us something that will allow us to actually see what is happening inside -say something like fibre glass that gives durability as well as transparency. So if we are happy with the colour of the toast just take it out.
