segregate your annual expenses from the monthly expenses like clothing buy it annually instead of buying it monthly or whenever you wish to.
It helps you get more discount due to bulk purchasing and onging offers if planned.

Seggregate your annual expenses and start investing the same on monthly basis will help you fetch some good return and planned purchasing can give good discounts.

I think an application can be developed to collate spending pattern based on data collected from users of the same application.
