Recientemente, un amigo mio ha estado colaborando en un comedor social para pobres y gente sin techo. Sucede, que las organizaciones que lo dirigen tienen que pagar por la comida que cocinan y sirven. También sucede que en multitud de supermercados tiran la comida que caduca, aunque siga siendo comestible unos dias más. Así que por qué no conectar estos dos hechos y hacer que la comida que unos tiran pueda ser usada por otros??
Mi idea consiste en crear una especie de servicio de recogida de alimentos sobrantes para alimentar a los sin techo. La organización caritativa habría de garantizar que esa comida se dedicase unica y exclusivamente a alimentar a los pobres, de tal forma que nadie pueda hacer dinero con ella y que los comercios no pierdan ventas.

Recently, a friend of mine has been volunteering at a charity canteen or dinning hall managed by a NGO. It happens that they have to pay for the food the cook and give to the homeless. It also happens that many supermarkets throw the products that have past their sell-by date away (although it still can be eaten few days after this date). So why not connect this two facts??
My idea is to create some kind of service that collects of this food that will be used to feed the homeless. The charity organization has to guarantee that all this food will be either cooked or given to poor people in order not to make money of it or take sells away from the shops and restarurants
