Every European Country wants to have its own Silicon Valley which dilutes in my opinion the chances for successful competition in the World of innovation and technology. Not only every European country wants one, but every Region in most countries wants one.
It is important that we unite for a Paneuropean Silicon Valley project.
After attending the web2.0 Summitt in San Francisco and Le Web 2008 in Paris, I had this idea to share with ideas4all.com

El retraso que podamos tener en Europa con respecto a los estados unidos es porque no estamos del todo unificados como europeos, nuestras mentes no piensan como uno sólo y he aquí el gran problema, debemos aprender a crear proyectos unificados y sólidos para que sean competentes, como el acelerador de partículas Suizo. 	by happyseaurchin (Edinburgh, United Kingdom) March 17th 2009 since: 02/16/2009, Brain-fu: 465 interestingly, when i was living on crete in 2000/1, i thought it had the potential; something about warm and simple living, coastlines... i think it should relax drug laws ever so slightly, and host eg TED talks for the brightest minds in europe... shouldn't be too difficult with a little money and some committed individuals... the only problem is language... where do you suggest, btw?
