It is seen that in one side The irregular, unorganised & temporary labourers are seeking and find it difficult to get work. On contrary in other side emloyers are also seeking and find difficult to get labourers in time.

My idea is to found the EMPLOYMENT CENTRES for the above said labourers. The labourers are registered in the centre with identity proof and with other relevant documents. Employers can hire the labourers from the centre even for one day. A service charge is paid either by employer or by the labourer in the centre.

And it can also be considered a welfare fund is also implemented for the labourers as a saving for old age. Loan also can be availed from welfare fund against their own account

Also, why should the laborers or the employer pay you any rent when the workers can simply gather outside your office and wait for prospective employers??	Report Abuse
