and any body intrested to learn foreign languages - also possible to learn

Sending material through mail service, finally conducting examinations.

it just like distance learning .. where internet and good broad band facilities are not available .. in remote villages, in some poor countries.. to educate people Here we already send the time table, course plan, in the course plan we detailedly explain which topic we are going to discuss about and we already at the beginning of the course we sent all course material regarding about the course withe neat sketch or powerpoint ppt print outs.

so the lecturer can is explain referring the page number in the course schedule and with figure he can explain it is possible. commonly asking doubts also he can relieve other wise using telephone also we can resolve their problems.

finally we can conduct examination sending hall tickets. and conducting examinations and finally issuing the certificates. the procedure will reduce the cost and according the candidate available time he can record the audio lecture in the radio and play back .. we have to provide like feasible radios... so any time he miss the class he can recollect. otherwise instead of using a radio.. using home radio he can directly interact or consult the lecturer at a particular schedule time he can relive his/ her doubts.
