This idea came to my mind when suddenly I got a call from someone talking to me rubbish and using abusive words over the phone.

I said that might be I am not the one you are looking for , so please dont call me again and again !

But Still he continued for few days and he was not at all afraid of any consequences of being rubbish and using abusive words to me ?

The Question here is Why he was not afraid of talking in such a manner or calling someone (especially Girls are the Victim) ! Because there is no surity of tracking a person with the mobile no.

So My idea is , if there could be a website where users can log in their complains(with the phone number of caller) about these calls and the administration can take a serious action on these types of callers then it would reduce the number of such callers realising a sense of threat of being punished if they do such kind of activities.

Can you please suggest with the Pros and Cons of this Idea ?? If it is gonna work then I would make such a website for my region !
