Big Companies having their own Guest houses facility or collaboration with some 5 star Hotels. In a year at less time they will occupied by Guests/ or their own usage purpose. Remaining time they are Vacant. The maintenance is burden to individual’s and companies.
 

Why, we have to use this vacant time more efficiently and more useful to us?
 
My idea it is useful to all levels companies and individual’s – because an employee newly recruited at that time, he/ she new to the city- at that time providing accommodation is depend on the company policy. An individual come with personal/ business work.
 
Some companies already having there in own Guest houses in some places and they did not having Guest houses some cities. Using this collaboration they can utilize this facility any where- without having their company Guest house. 

So here an organization providing a furniture house with all facilities, driver, cook, maintenance person , depend upon the requirement of the Guest company --maintaining different class ( business/ first / economy ) of houses and they grouped under one roof of maintenance. And all these facilities are organized by this company. So here the company already collects the data of Guest house owners and individual people, who are willing to give to their Guest houses and make an agreement with them.
 
Providing all these facilities to who are registered under this organization. 

Collecting charges from the Companies: Collecting fixed charges for minimum maintenance from all companies. According to the occupancy rate they will collect charges. And the remaining charges depend upon the usage of registered companies. Those companies are not used this facility in that month, Host Company will collect less charges. Those companies already having Gusset houses in some cities, calculating the value of Guest house in daily basis and the Host Company will reduce the charges to the company. Or they pay money to the Guest house companies or individual people that is depend upon their usage. 

What is the benefit to the companies?

 There is no need to maintain a separate Guest house facility in all cities. Few days it is useful and the remaining days we will may not use. So here we reduce this cost. Suddenly any need of Guest House – the Host organization will take care and it is fewer burdens to the Companies. Here those companies will reduce their hotel expenses. 

How this facility useful to individual people?

 Some individual people having their own Guest houses in some places, some cities or some other countries they did not have Guest house. Like those people having Guest houses are grouped by a company. 

Any occasional time it is useful to them. Here providing separate individual house for few months, it will reduce cost comparing to a hotel. We can not compare a Guest house with a hotel. because more freedom we wil get from guest house comparing to hotel.
