(122) Baby Trolleys in supermarkets

Supermarkets provide special parking places for customers with children but why is there not a trolley bay with trolleys with baby seats nearby. I always have to get my baby out of the car and cross the car park to find a trolley which is dangerous. If the trolleys were nearby it would be a lot more convenient.

couldn't agree more-most supermarkets actually collect them from near the parent and child parking where previous customers have left them and take them further away!

Are what you call trolleys the same as what we call shopping carts ? If they are, we have places in the parking lots here in the US that people can place them after they people put their groceries (other big stores have them also). Some stores call them cart corrals. There are rarely ones w/ baby seats though, guess because the stores don't generally have too many of those.
here's a link to bshow the corporate execs what they are- maybe you'll start a new trend. Good luck
