What are these promotions all about?

What is the “Sow ideas” promotion? 

Ideas4all is a place where you can share your ideas, making sure they won’t go to waste, a place where you can let yourself be inspired by others’ ideas, and where you can vote for the ideas you find most interesting. We have now been on-line for a whole year! And, all in all, we’ve shared more than 22,000 ideas. Wouldn’t it be great if even more people joined the community and discovered these ideas? That’s why we think that “sowing” them should be rewarded with a gift.

From July 16th to August 31st, we challenge you to create links leading to www.ideas4all.com, or to your favorite ideas from our blogs, forums, or to wherever you like on the site. The more links you add, the more possibilities of winning one of our two fantastic prizes: two DELL Inspiron Mini 10v

What is being rewarded?

“Sowing ideas” throughout the world wide web consists in adding links (url’s) leading to www.ideas4all.com or any of the ideas on our site (for example, http://www.ideas4all.com/ideas/21018-una_peli_una_accion )  in other websites, blogs, forums, etc. The two prizes will go to the user who OBTAINS THE MOST CLICKS leading to ideas4all, and the user who MANAGES TO HAVE THE MOST USERS REGISTER in ideas4all, after entering the site.

The following is an explanation of how to add the links that will account for the sought-after clicks and registrations.

How to create a link

In ideas4all, all registered users have a PERSONAL INVITATION CODE, which can be viewed in the user’s profile. In order to assess which of the links you create have more traffic or registrations, we have thought of a simple way of automatically giving you the url (link) of an idea –or of the ideas4all homepage– along with your personal invitation code, thereby identifying that link as yours.

If, for example, you wish to add a comment in a blog that includes a link to a specific idea (for example idea 2799: Badly preserved frozen goods), the way to add a link to that idea is as follows:

• If you have not yet signed into ideas4all, do so with your user name and password.
• Open the specific idea for which you need the url (link).
• In the top part of the screen, under the title, you can see a series of buttons that allow the idea to be shared in facebook, twitter, etc. To the right of these you will see a button labeled “link this idea”.
