Parks are a great place to bring people closer to nature (than being stuck to computers!). If parks had certified baby sitters and pet handlers (paid for by the city government who would double up as park caretakers too), it would generate more jobs and also enable a lot of people to enjoy park visits more.  There are many avid readers who like to read late into the night. While travelling it becomes difficult to read without disturbing others. If there was a mini lamp, just like a bookmark, that could be switched on whenever one wanted and that would light only a page, without distributing it in a larger area, it might do the trick.
