Pues es una polisomnografía. Acudes a cualquier centro hospitalario que tenga clínica del sueño. Yo fui a una muy famosa en Barcelona, la clinica del sueño del dr estivill.
Te ponen unos electrodos que no duelen ni molestan ni nada y te conectan a una maquina que mide muchos parámetros y te dicen el motivo por el que no descansas por las noches y despues te hacen un tratamiento.
