Rules of the promotion for bloggers

1. Any person with a blog (blogger) can participate in this promotion from anywhere in the world. The blog must have a post from at least one month before the start of the competition and it must has not been created exclusively for the contest. In case of discrepancy, the dates of the posts will be checked in Google Cache

2. Participants can only defend ideas proposed and admitted in the promotion 'ideas for Obama' of Ideas4all. These ideas may be from themselves or from others.

3. The participant must notify the support of one of the ideas by sending an mail to this address: ideas4all@alianzo.com. The mail must contain the address of the post to be taken into account and the name and contact details of the blogger. A valid email address is required. The organization is not responsible for email not received. Participants can verify that their post has been accepted on the site created for the promotion. In compliance with the Ley Orgánica 15/1999, of December, 13th, on protection of personal data, and related legal norms, ideas4all is informing all participants about the existence of a file of personal data, registered at the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, the goal of which is the handling of the promotion and the shipment of the prizes to the winners. Participants have access to this file and the right of rectifying, cancelling and opposition to the treatment of personal data. To do so, please write with a copy of your Identity Card (both sides) to: C/ Alcalá 85, 5ª planta, 28009 Madrid, Spain. The mechanic of the promotion establishes that data have to been supplied y a complete and true manner, and that they are kept updated thanks to the cooperation of the participants. Should the personal data be incorrect, incomplete or not kept updated, ideas4all shall be freed of its obligations regarding the draw and the shipments of prizes, as well as of any consequence related with the previous.

4. The participant can defend as many ideas as he/she wants, but must write a post for each one of them.

5. The post must explain the reason for backing the idea and link directly to the idea. Posts must argue why they support the idea.

6. There will be three winners:

- We give away $ 1000 to one of the bloggers who supported the most voted idea. If more than one blogger supported that idea, only one of them will be randomly selected.
- We give away $ 500 to one of the bloggers who supported the mot voted idea in the video category. If more than one blogger supported that idea, only one of them will be randomly selected.
- We give away $ 500 to one of the bloggers who supported the most voted idea in the illustration category. If more than one blogger supported that idea, only one of them will be randomly selected.

7. Bloggers do not have any rights to the idea they support.

9. The names of the three bloggers who will receive giftst will be made public through the site of Ideas4all, within 15 days following the determination of the winning idea from Ideas4all. The organization will contact them in the email address they provided. Should the blogger not respond to this email within 48 hours, another blogger will be randomly selected.

10. Ideas4all will send gifts to the winners via PayPal. Opening a Pay Pal account is a necessary condition to receive the gift. The tax retention corresponding to these gifts in Spain will be satisfied by ideas4all. Reception and shipping of the gifts are subject to the existing laws in the country of residence of the winner.

11. Exclusion of liabilities: Ideas4all shall not been held responsible for harms and losses of any nature related to the temporary absence of availability or continuity of the system for participating in the promotion. Ideas4all shall not been held responsible if the promotion does not satisfy the expectations of the participants. It shall not been held responsible for access problems to the site, the dispatch of answers via the internet or if it is impossible to deliver gifts free of charge in the country of a winner.

12. If ideas4all has reasonable suspicions that a participant has acted in a fraudulent or dishonest way, or does not comply with the rules of this promotion, it may refuse to deliver the gift.

13. ideas4all may exclude at its own discretion any participant if it is considered inappropriate or inconvenient or it infringes any of the rules of this document.
