Promotion rules for twitter users

1. Any person with a Twitter account, in any part of the world, can take part in this promotion, by sending a message using said account, from 10:00am (GMT+1) on June 1st 2009. The promotion will end 140 hours after it has begun.

2. Ideas must be original and must contribute something new. Ideas that are not considered original will not take part in the promotion.

3. Participants must make sure their idea has been selected by checking the page enabled for such purpose.

4. An user may participate in the promotion with as many ideas as he/she likes, each idea counting as one possibility to win a prize.

5. The twitt must be directed to Twitter user ideas4all, and the message must be marked with the tag #microideas.

6. There will be one winner only, randomly selected amongst all participants.

7. The winning user leaves the promoted idea under the license Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.5/es/deed.en_US) .

8. Admitted ideas will be published in this webpage: http://www.ideas4all.com/web/microideastwitter. Ideas that have been received will also be forwarded using Twitter user ideas4all. Ideas may be edited at any time before awarding the prize.

9. The name of the winner will be unveiled on ideas4all's website, within a 15 day period after ideas4all has selected the winning idea. Contact will be made with the winner via Twitter in order to obtain the appropriate delivery information.

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th regarding Data Protection of a personal nature, and its implementation regulations, ideas4all informs all participants of the existence of an automated file, including personal data, of its ownership, duly registered in the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency), with the objective of managing the promotion and prize delivery for winners. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancelation and objection with respect to the treatment of their personal data, by sending written notification and attaching a copy of either side of their National Identity Document to ideas4all, at the following address: : C/ Alcalá 85, 5th floor. 28009 Madrid. Spain. The mechanics of the promotion requires for data provided to be true and complete, and for it to be maintained up to date, with the participant's cooperation. Should personal data be untrue, incomplete, or obsolete, ideas4all will not be, with respect to those specific cases, responsible for the satisfactory outcome of the draw or awarding of prizes, or of any consequence resulting from the former, and may go as far as declaring no beneficiaries for the promotion.

10. Delivery expenses will be covered by ideas4all, who will choose the courier company to make deliveries. Said company will be responsible for the delivery. Reception and delivery of prizes will be subject to the laws in force in the beneficiary's country of residence.

11. Exclusion of liabilities: Ideas4all will not be held responsible for damages of any kind attributable to a temporary unavailability or continuity of the system through which participation in the promotion is made possible, nor will they be held responsible should the promotion not meet a participant's expectations, or, particularly, but not exclusively, for webpage access failure via the Internet, or for the impossibility of delivering a prize free of charge in the winner's country of residence.

12. Should ideas4all reasonably suspect that a participant has incurred in fraud, has not been sincere, or does not fulfill participation requirements, ideas4all may refuse to deliver said participant's prize.

13. ideas4all may, at its own discretion and at any time, exclude any participant from the promotion, should, for whatever reason, that participant's involvement be considered inappropriate or inconvenient, in observance of ideas4all.com website's general rules, or should the participant infringe any of the rules appearing in the present document.

Reservation of rights of ideas4all:

1.- In the event of an error, misinterpretation or conflict with respect to how any part of the promotion works, the decision made by ideas4all will be conclusive and definitive.

2.- Should the promotion's progress be affected by unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, or should it not take place due to present, foreseeable or supposed non-compliance with any Law or applicable rule, ideas4all may cancel all or any part of the promotion, without being subject to any claims whatsoever from participants.

3.- ideas4all reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Participation in promotions following said modifications will be subject to the new rules and any changes introduced therein, which will be duly published on the website.
