Very tired then..................

This is basically a Yoga posture. Very simple but great effect. When you are extremely tired just lie on the floor like a dead body (This posture is called Shava asana i.e. dead body posture). You limbs and all body organs should be loose with palms facing upwards. Just lie in that posture for about 30 minutes while listening to music without reacting. Keep breathing normally. Simple isn't?
