To kkep up your memory you need to exercise it. Try and recall what you have done uring the day. At lunch try and remember everything you  have done, with as many details as possible, up to that moment. Do the same thign at night.

Over time, you will do this instinctively, automatically. It really does work, but you need to be consistent.

You may also want to increase the amount of fish in your diet. Fish, among many other great propperties, helps your brain in many ways with different minerals and vitamins. Blue fish and white are great, but I personally recomned salmon (broiled, with some oreganus and some baked potatoes... great!!)
