Chocolate Salami Industrialization

In my family we have always cooked a delicious dessert which was called chocolate salami, we were taught how to make it by our Aunt Maria Teresa

We always have made it with Biscuits and Milk Chocolate but you can think of different flavors, at home we always made it with Nestle chocolate.

It also incorporates butter and a little alcohol addition which was usually Rum

If you are interested, because I believe it could be very successful, we have a great recipe

My friend Agustin mentioned to me that in his last trip to Paris he saw this product in a delicatessen shop. I believe this is could be a mass product not a delicatessen only.
