I think that all women's dress shoes should have cushioned insoles built in (like mini tempurpedic mattresses) to improve fit and comfort. You can buy insoles, but they are unsightly in strappy shoes and slide around or stick to the bottom of your feet when you take your shoes off. They also do not do much to support high arches and if they are thick enough to feel cushy then your shoes are too tight. An integrated cushion would conform to the individual and emulate a custom fit shoe. It would provide greater arch support that would help distribute the weight better and prevent your foot from sliding forward. This would lead to healthier feet, fewer blisters, and less pain!
