Regenerative Braking in Planes

 Aircraft-manufacturers can equip landing-gear with regenerative-braking.

The energy harvested from regenerative-braking of an aircraft ( during landing ) may be used to compress a light-gas ( like helium or even the highly inflammable hydrogen ) inside a light but very strong cylindrical hollow chamber, installed just below the roof of the aircraft.

Such a hollow cylindrical chamber can be manufactured with new-generation materials  ( like carbon nano-tubes ), which are stronger yet lighter than steel ). The vacuum-chamber ( when filled with a light gas ) will provide buyoant-force ( vertical-lift ) and will therefore considerably  reduce the weight of the aircraft ( like a Zeppelin ).
