Most of the people who forget things are the ones who think they will forget no matter what they do. Now days we have planners in email and mobiles to help us remember but still why is that some people remember and some people forget no matter what they do. Try to visualize things. Suppose you have to get get baby food by evening. close your eyes and imagine yourself remembering this while coming home from work. Go to the store pick the baby food and reach home smilling. Now you have to visualize every little detail in your mind for eg. the place where you will remember offcourse it should be before leaving office. Visualize looking at the exit sign and baby food packet. once you'll visualize then i am sure you will remember the thing when you'll look at that exit sign. This is just an example you can remember anything according to your priority. Try this once and i'm sure you will use it forever.
